Special Direct Rates:
High Season (January 5 -April 15): $230* per night
Low Season** (April 16 -December14): $210* per night
Holiday Season (November 18-27; December 15- January 4): $250* per night

*plus state of Hawaii Hotel Tax of 11.42%
**Excludes Thanksgiving Week

POLICIES:

• 4 night minimum stay; 10 night minimum Christmas to New Years
• No smoking, no pets allowed
• Check-in time 3PM; check-out time 11AM. 1/2 day fee for early/late check-in/out if available
• Standard occupancy rate is for 4 persons. Add $10 per person up to maximum of 6
• All rates subject to Hawaii State Taxes (11.42%)
• $200 security deposit which will be refunded after inspection (covers damage to unit, excessive cleaning, etc.)
• $150 Cleaning fee charged for stays less than 7 night
• 3 night deposit is required within 7 days to confirm reservation for less than 14 nights. A 7 night deposit is required for holiday periods and for reservations of 14 nights or more. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is less than 60 days at the time of booking, full payment is due within 7 days of reservation.

Full deposit will be forfeited unless unit is re-rented
(if unit is re-rented, a pro rate refund will be issued)
